Dayaly Ops (Venture-Backed, Pre-Launch)

Building dedicated remote operations infrastructure for cross-border founders in Japan, Singapore, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Backed by a Singapore-based venture builder, we're creating the operating system for founders who need reliable Indonesia-based operations without hiring full-time.

Currently in pre-launch. Building the operating system, refining the model, preparing for first cohort.

Co-founder of an education consultancy specialising in international school admissions and test preparation for Indonesian students. In partnership with STARICH Education Singapore (MOE-registered, Cambridge certified, serving 6,000+ students), we offer comprehensive services including entrance exam prep, diagnostic assessments, school application guidance, and access to top international schools in Singapore and beyond.

Background & Approach

My work often combines philosophy, institutional operations, and practical AI implementation.

Academic foundation: Philosophy degree from University of Indonesia — trained to think in systems, ask hard questions, and work through complexity.

Institutional experience: INSIDE LVMH brand and operations program — learned how elite brands actually operate at the strategic and operational level.

AI & data expertise: DataCamp certified in AI Fundamentals and Data Literacy (exam-verified). I build AI-powered tools, agent flows, and internal systems that solve operational problems — from web apps to SOP assistants that eliminate communication bottlenecks.

Builder experience: Co-founded abeingisasaking (philosophy education platform reaching thousands), launched Kasir Kilat (POS app serving 100+ Indonesian SMEs), and now building across education, operations, and AI-powered venture development.

I don't separate thinking from doing. The best insights come from building with real stakes.
