Adha Gozali · About
I studied philosophy, then went looking for somewhere to use it.
§01 — The long version
Philosophy at Universitas Indonesia taught me to sit with a question longer than is comfortable. Most people leave that habit at the faculty door. I took it into business, because business turned out to be where questions get expensive.
What is this company actually for? Who is it serving? What is it costing the people who run it? Those are philosophical questions wearing a balance sheet, and I have spent my working life answering them with ventures rather than essays.
The first ventures were small and instructive. abeingisasaking tried to make philosophy readable for people who had never been invited into it. Kasir Kilat put a point-of-sale app in the hands of Indonesian small businesses and taught me how little a good idea is worth without operations behind it. INSIDE LVMH showed me the other end of the spectrum: a house that sells desire runs on a discipline nobody sees.
That gap between the visible idea and the invisible work became the thread. With CEO MasterClass I helped build an alternative MBA with KADIN Indonesia. With Nusa Akademia we guide Indonesian families into international schools alongside Starich Education Singapore. At SiBA Wellness I advise on where AI and technology should carry the operational weight. And Dayaly Ops, backed by Reapra, is the clearest version of the thesis: operations pods in Indonesia that give founders back the hours their companies take from them.
I call the role venture architect because the work is mostly structure. Philosophy is the toolbox. Business is the vehicle. And life, the part we are building all of this for, is where we become.

§05 — Learning from
Most of what I know about building, I learned across the table from people who had already done it.

How to smile through failure, and how to learn from rejection.

Why leadership and people decide whether an organisation of thousands works.

To be as creative with the business model as with the product.

Why sustainability belongs at the centre of how a business is built.
