The problem
A company starts as an idea and slowly becomes paperwork. The founder who should be selling, building or raising ends up answering the inbox, chasing invoices and coordinating vendors.
It is too early to hire a full operations team, and too costly to keep doing it yourself, because the cost is paid in attention.
How the pods work
Each founder gets a dedicated pod in Indonesia: people who learn the business, working on a system that does the repeatable parts. The pod covers six domains, from admin and inbox to vendor coordination, invoicing, project management, light HR and a weekly report, so the founder sees the state of the operation without running it.
Who it’s for
Founders and lean teams in Southeast Asia and Australia who have outgrown doing everything themselves but are not ready to build an operations department. If the business is growing and the founder’s calendar is the bottleneck, it is probably a fit.
